It was a bank holiday weekend to remember for 25 of our boarders as they swapped the boarding house for an action-packed day out in London! The excursion kicked off beneath the famous arch of Wembley Stadium with an exclusive, behind-the-scenes tour. Boarders were treated to the ultimate VIP experience with unrestricted access to the official England team areas. From sitting in the hallowed dressing rooms where the Three Lions prepare for glory, to walking down the legendary players’ tunnel and taking a seat in the manager’s dugout, the group loved experiencing the magic of English football up close.
After soaking in the stadium’s history, the squad traded the pitch for the shops, heading to Westfield for an afternoon of well-earned free time. Boarders enjoyed the independence to explore the massive shopping centre with their friends, hunting down the latest trends and refuelling at the sprawling food courts. Whether they were grabbing massive burgers, treating themselves to bubble tea, or just doing a bit of window shopping, it was the perfect, relaxed end to a brilliant day out. It’s safe to say this weekend’s trip scored a massive win with everyone!
