Three eights took the trip up north for a weekend of racing and training on the Tyne. Racing Rutherford Head on Saturday, the race is the biggest head in the north and features some of the top university clubs in the country.
The squad brought home wins in the J18 4+ and J18 8+ as well as the 1st VIII mixing it in with the university crews near the top of the timings. A great squad training session on the Sunday morning before we headed home, rounded off a really productive weekend away with the team.
