Saturday was the first official Young Enterprise Trade Fair for this year’s programme. Despite the rather cold and breezy conditions the teams did very well setting up their stalls and selling to the public.
Team Bamboozle (selling a range of Bamboo based products) was building on their success at the Abingdon Prep Christmas Bazaar and achieved double-digit sales figures. Key to their success was allowing the public to actually hear the difference their passive amplifiers made to the sound quality.
For Team Aqualapse (selling sustainable, collapsible coffee cups) it was their first trade fair. Despite this they managed to sell all their stock, refining their sales techniques throughout the day. This certainly motivated the team to go on to even greater sales targets.
Team Paix (hand grafted Christmas products) continued with their very profitable run of sales at the Moulsford Christmas fair on the same day. This has added to their considerable success at the St Helen's Christmas Fair.
