On Saturday two Young Enterprise teams attended a local Christmas Fair, achieving considerable sales success.
Team “Timber and Tails” almost sold out of their upcycled coffee coasters and chopping boards. The coasters are manufactured from recycled plastic sheets, and the chopping boards are made from upcycled pallet material, both products were made in the School’s Product Design and Engineering department. The team continues to be busy collecting more bottle caps and lids to feed into the process.
The teams received very positive feedback for their products, display stands, and sales pitches. It was a good start to the festive session and they are hoping to generate more sales at the Moulsford Christmas fair this weekend.
