On Monday evening Abingdon School hosted the area showcase for the ten local Young Enterprise teams. All of the teams had their stalls set-up and business plans judged by a panel of local business volunteers.
All teams then had to give a four minute presentation in the Amey Theatre in front of the other teams, parents and the judges. All four of the Abingdon School teams were involved in the event, with Bamboozle winning the “Team Working” award.
There was a very strong range of teams this year and we didn’t manage to progress to the Oxford regional finals. Teams will now begin the winding up process. Thanks should be given to the teams’ business advisors and all those parents who have provided invaluable logistical support during the year.
