Last Thursday Abingdon's squash team hosted RGS High Wycombe for the first match of the season. RGS are a particularly strong squash school, so this was always going to be a challenge. Nikhil Vyas and Will Taylor, playing at 1 and 2, both narrowly lost their matches against high quality opponents. James Munday, Alex d'Arcy and Felix Loeffen all played outstandingly well to win their matches, bringing home the victory for Abingdon. This was a fine win and bodes well for the rest of the season.
