Last Thursday the athletics squad made the short trip to Radley to compete in their annual invitational meet. Impressive performances on the track from both our sprinters and middle distance runners resulted in a number individual victories.
Tom Butcher: 54.3s – 400m, 23.7s – 200m
Alex Moss: 11.6s – 100m, 23.7s – 200m
Harry Venables: 2mins 07s – 800m
This was backed up by strong performances in the field events, culminating in a clean sweep of team gold medals at the junior, intermediate and senior age groups.
