Last Wednesday, Abingdon Prep School U13s took on the senior school in the local derby match at Tilsley Park. After a few weeks of touch rugby matches being played because of the hard ground, it was good to see controlled contact reintroduced. The senior school edged the two U13 games, whereas APS managed to gain victory at U12 level.
On Thursday both the U9 and U8 teams were involved in matches against Christ Church Cathedral School. The U9 ran out as comfortable victors whilst Christ Church took the honours at U8 level.
