As part of the Other Half, Abingdon School is proud to provide six sessions of yoga a fortnight for our staff and students to enjoy during remote learning.
We are excited to also now be able to offer weekly sessions for our partnership schools to get involved with. Yoga has so many benefits for the body and mind, from helping to ease the muscles after a long day of remote working, to learning to focus on the present moment, and we are pleased to be able to contribute to the wellbeing of young people in the wider community. These sessions will explore a mixture of different styles of yoga, with a basis in Ashtanga and Hatha, followed by relaxation and meditation.
