The first Monday of the Easter holidays saw two Abingdon teams competing with great success in the Oxfordshire Schools' Golf Championships at a sunny Frilford Heath.
Harry Gale and Jake Blackwell came first and second respectively in the individual (gross) competition, meaning both will be invited to represent Oxfordshire in the South of England Championships in May.
The Abingdon A team of Harry, Jake and Josh Roche also came equal second in the team competition, whilst Jamie Lawson posted the best Abingdon score versus his handicap.
