Ten years on from winning Gold for Abingdon at the National Schools Regatta, OA Tom Digby becomes Olympic Champion in Paris! Having been reigning European and World Champion in the men’s eight, Tom now adds Olympic Champion to his impressive list of achievements.
Having left Abingdon in 2016 he went on to study at Yale University in the US winning three straight American titles from 2017 to 2019. Since coming back to the UK Tom has been part of the GB men’s eight becoming European Champion in 2022, 2023 and 2024 as well as World Champion in 2022 and 2023.
Becoming Olympic Champion rounds off a hugely impressive three years for Tom and everyone at Abingdon is hugely proud of everything he has achieved.
