Congratulations to Rowan Miell-Ingram who has recently won a bronze medal at the U20 National Championships. Rowan competed in the 3000m and recorded a time of 8 minutes 35s, just 4 seconds behind the winner. In a thrilling last lap Rowan battled for 2nd place and closed in on the leader with 200m to go. This is a remarkable achievement considering he has only recently turned 17. We wish him good luck as he competes in the English Schools Final in Manchester in July.
