After superb performances at the National Schools Regatta in May and the Marlow Regatta in June, our 1st VIII prequalified for the Henley Royal Regatta 2023. Abingdon faced Hampton on day one and, despite racing valiantly, the opposition’s performance was too strong. We are looking forward to most of this young crew returning in 2024 to race with another year of experience and training behind them.
