Junior and intermediate athletes travelled to Horspath Athletic Stadium to compete in round 1 of the English School's Track and Field Cup. It was the first real test for the junior athletes at a big competition with numerous other schools in attendance. All boys rose to the challenge and helped the Abingdon squad finish in 3rd position.
