To celebrate the upcoming Coronation of His Majesty King Charles III and the Queen Consort on Saturday 6 May, students and staff at Abingdon School today celebrated with a CCF inspection parade; whole school Coronation ceremony which included an address from Headmaster, Mike Windsor and Chaplain, Simon Steer; singing of the National Anthem accompanied by the Concert Band. We all cheered three times for their Majesties and then enjoyed a delicious celebratory BBQ lunch, followed by Coronation cake at tea time.
