Composer David Bednall visited Abingdon last week to work with our student composers in a workshop and masterclass. David is recognised as one of the foremost choral composers of this generation whose works are regularly broadcast on BBC Radio 3, 4 and Classic FM. Our young composers gained insight and confidence, learning to really exploit the various colours of the forces that they are writing for. Many thanks to David Bednall for a fantastic masterclass!
