Abingdon U16 and U18 teams took on Harrow in a challenging fixture. Despite a strong effort from the U18s they were unable to take a set from a powerful Harrow squad who ended up winning 4-0. Some intense training sessions to follow before the rematch at the Wellington Quad in March.
The U16 team performed really well and beat Harrow 3-1. It was great to see some of our younger players stepping up in competitive fixtures and this bodes well for the Club’s depth of talent in future years. Special mention should go to Isaac Boyce Parr and Kane Watson who are relatively new to competitive fixtures and are really developing well.
