The first Solo Platform of the year featured a mix of talented instrumentalists showcasing their skills. The quality was very high and the repertoire ranged from cellists, pianists, an oboist and horn player, covering composers such as Mozart, Faure, Debussy and Joplin to ending the evening off with the Foo Fighters on the drum kit. The Solo Platform was the first of many events this term, and an example of a very busy and vibrant Music Department.
