Third and Fourth Year Mandarin students enjoyed a captivating Peking Opera session with renowned performers Jin Zhao and Wenxue Gao. They explored the art form’s key elements, learned about different character roles, and tried their hand at traditional movements and singing. The workshop culminated in a lively mini-drama performance in authentic Peking Opera style.
