Last Friday, I competed in the Junior Team Maths Challenge with Albert, Owen and Tomi. There were four rounds in this competition with each round lasting approximately one hour. All of the rounds were fun but my favourite round was the relay because it was the most exciting round out of all of them. It not only requires speed and accuracy when you’re solving those problems, you also have to run from one side of a sports hall to the other in order to submit your answer. We made some errors in the competition overall but we still managed to get first place and win by 2 points which is basically the amount of points you get for doing a question. This competition was exciting and we will compete in the finals in June.
