On World Book Day we were delighted to welcome Nathanael Lessore, author of the acclaimed novels Steady for This and King of Nothing. Nathanael spoke to Year 7 and 8 students from the Prep and Senior Schools about reading, writing, stories, the publishing industry and his personal writing journey. After a brief book signing and meet and greet, dozens of students from across the school participated in writing workshops that took the idea of ‘writing what you know’ in inspiring and illuminating directions.
