Today our Senior Choir made their way to London’s O2 Arena for the 3rd year running, to take part in the Young Voices concert. With around 8000 children, this is one of the biggest children’s choir concerts in the world. With many, many words to learn, we had been preparing for this concert since September. The songs ranged from ‘Electricity’ from ‘Billy Elliott’ to ‘Brother James’ Air’ and a Pop Medley, amongst many others, and as well as learning the songs, we had dance moves too! One of the main highlights was performing ‘Sing’ by Gary Barlow and Andrew Lloyd Webber with the African Children’s Choir, who performed this at the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee last year.
