Luigi Felici, from Abingdon Prep School has won first prize at Young Art Oxford. Luigi won the Year 4-6 category and his artwork will go on display at the Ashmolean Museum on the 8 and 9 May and will be exhibited at The Royal College of Art during the week of 23 September 2013. Five pupils from the senior school, Abingdon School, also had their work selected in the Years 7-9 category with John Allen winning second prize and Angus Blomfield third prize. The other boys selected were Jasper Dale, Liam Rogers and George Simmons. Over 2400 pictures from schools all over Oxfordshire were submitted and 400 have been selected to go on display.
