On the penultimate day of term we managed to dodge the early showers for our annual Year 8 leavers walk. This time we took a new circular walk around Longworth which took us through woodlands and fields, one of which is an area of conversation run by the BBOWT. After lunch, Year 8 enjoyed walking across the ford, getting some nice cool water onto their feet. We returned to APS for games including a game of rounders tennis followed by an ice cream with thanks to the JPA for organising.
