Year 7 went on an intrepid adventure to Warwick Castle when the skies were grey and the rain aplenty. Luckily as we arrived the sun came out and we enjoyed a Battle Skills workshop, a performance of Shakespeare’s ‘A Midsummer Night’s Dream’ from their theatre company and an amazing bird of prey show. After finding our way to the Youth Hostel in Stratford, where we stayed for two evenings, Tuesday brought a trip around Stratford visiting Shakespeare’s birthplace and grave followed by an afternoon of Go Ape. There was something for everyone to enjoy and Year 7, and staff, had a great time.
