Today Year 6 visited the Pitt Rivers Museum, with sketchbooks in hand to study the wonderful eclectic array of objects from around the world. After a presentation on using sketchbooks, the boys explored all the different floors of the museum in small groups sketching objects that they were fascinated by.

The trip would not have been complete without a visit to see the weapons! Encouraged to draw, make notes and record feelings in their sketchbooks the boys filled up pages of their sketchbooks with ideas to take back to their art lessons.
