At the end of last term, one of the main charities we were supporting, Hearing Dogs, ran a competition to design a coat for one of their dogs. The boys in Year 3 and Year 4 all put forward some very imaginative suggestions to which the charity was highly complimentary. From over 700 entries which the charity collected, three of our boys all received Runners-Up or Highly Commended certificates for their designs, and a we are very proud that one of our boys won the competition! This week the winner was presented with a special commemorative certificate as well as a jacket with his design stitched on and a photograph of Nia, a Hearing Dog, modelling the dog coat that was created from his entry. The charity would like to thank all those boys who took part and it was great to see one of our own boys scoop the top award – well done!
