Pre-Prep has taken part in some superb Wellbeing Workshops. They learnt to focus on breathing in order to, “Get our monkey brain part to calm down so the wise owl and the elephant can work together!” The children explored yoga and meditation, experienced a guided journey and found out about celebrating all of the good things about themselves. Reception are already using the breathing technique to help them when they are thinking of new ideas.
