The Year 4s played their first football match of the season in a triangular format versus Oratory Preparatory School and Claires Court.
The Under 9 As showed tremendous spirit and enterprise in both matches in convincing style. Victory was all the sweeter as they had lost the corresponding fixture last year to Oratory Prep by 12 goals to nil. Our new cohort of boys which include Zachary, Dylan, Alex and Yumi have made a tremendous difference to the quality of the team.
Our Bs and Cs were both involved in two very close games. Drawing one and narrowly losing the other three. Man of the Match for the Bs was William while Nathan was Man of the Match for the Cs. Both teams will need to work very hard on improving their link play and marking when in defence over the next few weeks and before their next fixture versus Christ Church Cathedral School.
