A combined U10 A/B team travelled to Bruern Abbey Prep for a 20/20 cricket match. After a shaky start to our batting innings the boys settled down and after 20 overs had scored 83 runs. They went into their fielding innings knowing they would need to keep the extras down and put the opposition under pressure. To their credit, they did exactly that, reducing Bruern to a total of 76 after 20 overs. It was certainly a very tight fixture but one in which the boys really stepped up when the pressure was on. Our thanks go to Bruern for a superb afternoon and a fantastic match tea.
