Our favourite toys were gainfully employed to help the Year 1 boys learn all about fractions. Everyone chose their favourite toys and used them to make arrays which which could be divided into a half, a quarter and three quarters of amounts under 20. We then asked for Paddington’s help in making a pizza with equal toppings on each slice!
