Dr Soukup visited Reception to tell us about her job as a GP. We explored her special bag and learnt about all of the equipment she uses. After this we collected our own patients and arrived at the hospital front desk to check in. We filled in paperwork, checked temperatures, listened to hearts beating, took the broken bones to be x-rayed and also bandaged. There was a big discussion about medicines and staying safe too. At the end of the morning our intrepid doctors were all awarded with their achievement certificates.
