As part of our commitment to the Nasio Trust, Pre-Prep is supporting a child in Africa called Lorna. It will be her 9th birthday soon so we decided to look for things that we could provide for her that could help her and her family. The children chose four items; a mosquito net, a laying hen, blanket and sheet or a Tippy Tap. Our Young Ambassadors helped to set up a voting system with a ballot box and organised a double count up to find out our totals. The laying hen was by far the most popular and they announced the results to Craig and the rest of the children in assembly. There was a huge cheer of agreement and we are looking forward to the hen making a difference to Lorna’s family very soon.
