Inspired by the spring sunshine Year 6 was tasked with testing their knowledge of observation through colour, tones and overlapping shapes. After planning the composition in blue crayon, they worked in pairs to set targets for each other whilst using oil pastels, blending shadows and highlights to enhance the textures. Beautifully made Year 6, and wonderful team work!
