A small group from Years 3 to 6 attended the annual St Hugh’s Cross Country Relays. We were blessed with excellent weather and the ground was soft to good which made the running a lot easier, particularly for our younger competitors.
In Year 3, Harry got the team off to a good start and both Patrick and Max maintained their position in the field to finish a very creditable 3rd. Our Year 4s were also involved in a very fast race and secured 5th place.
Our Year 5 and 6 teams both led from the front and continued to build a comfortable lead and were never tested throughout the race, such was their dominant performance.
Well done to all of the boys who competed and thank you to the parents for their welcome support on the day!
