Pupils at Abingdon Prep have undertaken a sponsored swim to raise much needed funds for the Turkey Earthquake appeal. The children collectively swam over 1,500 lengths at Abingdon’s 25m pool, far exceeding their pledged distances. As a result, they have successfully raised over £2,000 for this worthwhile cause, which will help to fund shelter, food and medical aid for the 18 million people affected by this devastating natural disaster.
