In preparation for our 'Smartness and General Tidiness' week, which is taking place this week, 5L performed their assembly to the whole school. It was all about how to keep smart and tidy in school. It gave the boys some tips on how to earn house points for keeping smart and tidy! The 'Smartness and Tidiness Police' were to the rescue whenever the boys got in a muddle with their uniform and possessions. So if you should drop into Abingdon Prep this week you will be amazed at how smart and organised the boys are.
Smartness and General Tidiness Week Winners – Unicorn
Unicorn were the victorious winners of the house competition to keep themselves, the School and their possessions smart and tidy, winning by just 7 points. Throughout the competition which lasted a week the boys were especially smart when they came into school. They were encouraged to keep themselves tidy throughout the day. Shirts were kept tucked in, ties were straight, hands were clean and the classrooms, corridors, desks and bags were all kept tidy and in order. The winners, Unicorn, will receive 500 house points, a break time treat and a special lunch where they get to choose the menu. Well done Unicorns!
