Year 8 boys, from across the Abingdon foundation, worked together on a ‘sketchcrawl’, as part of ‘The Big Draw’ – a national campaign for drawing. Exploring the school grounds, James Nairne, Head of Art at Abingdon School, and Michele Kitto, Head of Art at Abingdon Prep School, worked and also sketched with a group of eight boys creating a series of drawings across the morning in a folding sketchbook. All the boys worked with new drawing materials and were encouraged to look a familiar sights with fresh eyes.
