On a recent visit to Abingdon School, the Sixth Form students wowed and dazzled Year 5 by showing them how to extract DNA from a kiwi. The pupils were very excited to visit the ‘grown up labs’ and follow the Sixth Form students’ instructions. It was a brilliant insight into future biology lessons for the pupils.
