The School Council met on Wednesday for the first time in the summer term. Much was discussed, but initially we reviewed the contribution of the School Council to life at APS over the last couple of years. This was then presented to the pupils by Richard in a Whole School Assembly on Thursday morning. When questioned on what benefits the School Council had given the school, the pupils were quick to recall many new projects such as basketball hoops, new clubs (dodgeball, bayblades and comic club), changes to the menus and a whole host of other ideas. There was also a competition announced to design a new poster for the Listening Service that is open to the whole school.
