Science Oxford is a local organisation that provides outreach services and resources to schools and organisations. The aim being to connect young people with the challenge and excitement of Science and how it shapes our world.
This is the 5th year we have used this service to compliment and enhance our Science provision in the school. It was another successful day with plenty of activities and tasks to challenge all minds. The Reception year enjoyed making slime and monsters with a balloon as a mouth which opened when filled with air. They made a variety of bubble shapes and boats made from plasticine which were later tested to see if they stayed afloat.
