The children of key workers were in school today exploring the map of the United Kingdom and trying to spot where they were and places they may have been. The phonics lesson gave the boys an opportunity to really practise their joined handwriting and they had fun making ‘maths hands’ to help with subtraction. Outside, the boys learnt how to take photographs of buildings and ensure that they could fit the whole building into the screen. They also had fun working with Tom and Henry on ball skills in PE. With a Zoom meet up with Linda and assembly from Craig, along with stories from some of their favourite authors, the boys were exhausted when they went home!
