Pre-prep made the most of the new spring season with a traditional Easter bonnet parade. All boys made their own creations at home and proudly paraded in front of the whole school to rounds of applause. Bonnets ranged in size and style from spring flowers, feathers, lots of eggs and even chicks wearing shades! After our assembly parade and listening to the Easter story, we went outside for a House egg rolling activity. Boys had decorated their own hard boiled egg and after a couple of cautious rolls, soon got the hang of a forceful push to get it to the bottom. Once the eggs were well and truly tested and cracked, they could be swapped for a real chocolate egg as a treat!
