The weather could not have been finer when Year 5 set off on their much anticipated residential trip to the PGL activity centre in Liddington. Judging by the amount of luggage brought, ‘be prepared’ had been the mantra repeated in many a home across Oxfordshire the night before.
After settling into rooms and surprisingly few arguments over who got to sleep on the top bunk, we headed outside for a game of ‘Chaos It’ which seemed as bewildering to the teachers as its names suggests but the boys seemed to grasp the rules.
