In their Performing Arts lessons this half term, Year 8 were asked to create a performance using characters from their favourite books. We’ve really enjoyed the performances we’ve seen involving characters as diverse as Harry Potter, Alex Rider and King Arthur.
Year 6 pupils have been looking at Macbeth this half term. After looking at the story in detail, we thought about the character of Macbeth himself. Working in small groups the children had to prepare and present cases for the prosecution and the defence of Macbeth. Did he murder King Duncan?
