Our pupils had great fun in their assembly this morning as the APS annual Shrove Tuesday pancake flipping contest took place. Cheered on by their pupils, staff compete to see who can flip the most pancakes within a minute.
Those who feel they might like to try their own hand at pancake flipping need only combine 100g flour with 2 large eggs and 300ml milk to try making (and flipping) their own Shrove Tuesday pancakes. Remember to make sure there’s a grown up near by to supervise!
