As part of the Enrichment Programme, 8R went on a walking tour around Oxford. It was led by a local guide who was knowledgeable about the city and about the Oxford University interview process. While Oxford was a familiar place to many of the pupils, most were still surprised by the historical significance of the city and of its buildings, streets and parks. One highlight was the ever popular Covered Market, where milkshakes and cookies were purchased in readiness for an afternoon on their feet.
