To celebrate National Compost Week, we had a ribbon cutting ceremony for our new compost heap. The compost bin has been made to work alongside our little black plastic bin as this one is more wildlife friendly. Dave, on our Grounds Team, made it out of old pallets. Once it’s up and established, our food peelings from the kitchen and grass clippings from Josca’s grass can go into it regularly to provide compost for Gardening Club – wahoo!
