The challenge was a ‘welcome back’ activity set for the boys in Years 3 to 6 for their first CDT lessons this term. The boys in Years 5 and 6 had to use their Lego blocks in a different way to make a Lego marble maze or labyrinth. Boys in Years 3 and 4 created marble runs – there are some very creative results.
Trying to solve a problem is at the forefront of every CDT lesson and the boys are pretty creative and none more so than when Laurie realised he had no marble for his maze game; he persuaded his mother that he could improvise with a bag of Maltesers to test his very important CDT work. To quote Laurie … ‘Result!’
