Year 6 has been studying parts of Macbeth in their Drama lessons to understand important themes of the play and interpret scenes in a variety of different ways.
The lessons then culminated in a performance to parents of Macbeth playlets. The main focus of these was the witches and the battle between Norway and Scotland.
Every boy in Year 6 was involved in the performance, whether it was playing the drum, taking part in the freeze frame fight scene or actually learning Shakespearean lines.
The performance was a great success and well-received by all who came to watch.
